This house has benefited from a great attention to detail in its finishing. The wonderful gardens and terraces have been carefully planned and built over the years, and integrate perfectly with the surrounding landscape. A very charming and delightful holiday house!This property is highly recommended and is situated four kilometres from the town of Ronda in open countryside. The San Francisco neighbourhood, below the old city walls on the edge of Ronda, has several good restaurants, which is very convenient for this beautiful property. Málaga 1 hour and a half drive, Seville 1 hour and 45 minutes drive, and the coast 55 minutes drive.

Stylish antique doors lead to the central hall, which provides access to the sitting rooms and the kitchen. The hall also has a staircase to the upper floor. The two sitting rooms are tastefully decorated to a high standard, with comfortable elegant sofas and chairs. One of the rooms has a fireplace for the cooler months, in addition to the central heating in the house. Television and a CD player are provided and there is a library with English books available. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of cupboard space and marble work surfaces. There is a 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen opens out into a sun- room which is used a dining room. French doors open onto the lawn and the pool area.There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is well-proportioned, with a double bed, beautiful carpets and wooden furniture. This room has its own bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, basin, lavatory and bidet. On the other side of the first floor is a second bedroom with a double bed. The third bedroom is in the middle and has two single beds and built-in wardrobes. Between the second and third bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower over a bathtub, basin, lavatory and bidet. On both sides of the middle bedroom is a staircase leading downstairs. The main staircase, which also serves the master bedroom, leads to the hall, and the other staircase leads to the sitting room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

There are several terraces around the house with good quality wooden furniture, for dining alfresco with wonderful mountain views. The house is set in a two- acre plot with lawned gardens and an olive grove. There are several nooks and corners where one can quietly sit in the shade of the trees or covered by vines, and enjoy the nature. All around are trees, shrubs and terracotta pots with flowers and plants.The fully tiled spout-fed swimming pool measures approximately 9×5 metres, has broad steps down and a full filtration system. The drop at the back of the pool is protected by railings. There is a terrace around the pool furnished with sunbeds and a large pergola providing shade. On the side is a pool house with a dining table and chairs, a small bar, a barbecue and a gas facility for outdoor cooking.The garden has uninterrupted views to the mountains of the “Serranía de Ronda”.
