The house is contemporary and innovative yet with touches of ‘chic antique’.Set amid 22 hectares of countryside, the villa has stunning views over the landscape. The nearby village of “Arriate” is easily accessible and is just a 5 minute drive away. It is a 15 minute drive to Ronda and about 1:45h to Málaga. This is a fine property for families and large parties to spend time together. Relax, make walks around the grounds, order a massage, a yoga session or indulge in some very fine food, cooked to order by a private home chef.

The 16 people price includes all 8 double bedrooms. The 10 people price includes 5 double bedrooms and the 6 people price includes 3 double bedrooms (rooms with 2 individual beds available).On request, pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the house but is allowed on the outside terraces.Finca Alma is also suitable for weddings, events, yoga retreats and corporate away days (minimum stay 3 nights).

The bedrooms are all individually furnished and have en suite bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms are located around the courtyard and three bedrooms are set in the garden. Of the eight bedrooms, four have got large double beds and four have twin beds. All bedrooms have their own terrace or small garden.The central part of the house is formed by the double height sitting room and dining room which incorporates a very smart and well equipped kitchen. This enthralling space full of light is welcoming and comfortable, equipped with air-conditioning for warm summer days. The modern interior is stylishly designed with worldly influences. The dining table seats sixteen and the kitchen has first class appliances including a professional hob and oven, espresso machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.Below the sitting room is a beautiful studio room which can be used for exercise or watching television or indeed for a meeting if the house is booked for conference purposes.
The well-tended gardens are beautifully laid out and there are lawns around the house and pool area. The large swimming pool is 18 by 6 metres and there are enough sunbeds for the whole party. At the edge of the pool is a covered bar with stools and a refrigerator. Here one can delightfully cool down in the shade with a cold drink.There are several places for al fresco dining, on the veranda or one of the terraces. Take care of your own meals or have everything arranged by the accommodation staff. An experienced private chef will cook culinary delights at home and you will be fully served. This way, you can make the most of your time together.
